Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SentryStack collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers this website only; work carried out under an engagement is governed by the statement of work and the NDA signed with it.

What we collect

Contact details you send us — the name, email address, phone number, company and message submitted through the contact form.
Nothing else. This site sets no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. There is no account system and no login.

The booking calendar is embedded from Cal.com. If you open it, Cal.com receives whatever you enter there under their own privacy policy.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and to scope the work you are asking about.
For nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share contact details with third parties, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email and to an internal chat. They are not written to any database on this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for as long as we need them for our own records of work quoted. Ask us to delete an enquiry and we will.

Findings, reports and any data captured during an engagement are held under NDA and deleted on request at the end of the engagement.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will act on it.
